The Wampatuck and Gates Girl Scout Cadettes from Troop 74449 in Scituate came to 麻豆精品视频reet School on October 21 to earn Woodworker Badges.
Steven Brown, an instructor in the Cabinet and Furniture Making program, and three 麻豆精品视频 students — Kamala Questel, Donna Fisher and Lesley Gold — hosted the troop and introduce them to woodworking, starting with an initial piece of wood through to a finished product. Each girl had an opportunity to try measuring, sawing, planing and carving and each cadette took home a paper tower holder that they made themselves!
